I needed to find a new dentist for my elderly dad who struggles with hearing loss and aphasia. I explained that x-ray bitewings make him gag, so he only wanted him to come in for routine cleanings. Lindsey and Carmen were very friendly and welcoming, and said that wouldn't be a problem. Arwa, the assistant was very gentle and kind. Why I especially wanted to write this review is because it was Dr. Ortiz who made the biggest impression with her outgoing, warm personality, and truly compassionate care. She was able to communicate with my dad in a way I have not seen done before, as she guided him through the exam and cleaning procedure, making it fun, safe and enjoyable for him (us) too. Thank you, Dr. Ortiz!!!

As always my visit was great. Doc is so easy to talk to and answers any question I have with patience and compassion. The staff is professional and friendly. Facility is a little dated and they don't seem to have enough staff. The dentist is a very nice guy tho. One advice: please pick up the phone...
